The 70GB REV SATA Internal Drive with Backup Starter Kit and ARCserve from Iomega allows you to backup critical data on removable 70 GB REV hard drive back-up disks. Backup software is included for Windows computers, allowing you to backup critical data on your system easily. REV disks are easily swapped out and offer unlimited rewritability. Offering a truly scalable backup solution, the REV can fulfill many different types of backup needs.
- Starter Kit
- This starter kit includes 5 70 GB REV disks. This gives you ample capacity to backup even the most demanding system. You can also configure the disks to facilitate rotating daily backups of critical files.
- Fast Backup
- The REV is a hard drive based backup technology, giving you access to your data that can be up to eight times faster than tape backup. Because it mounts as a normal hard drive, you can even drag and drop specific files that you would like to recover.
- Expandable Solution
- The 70 GB capacity disks give you plenty of room to backup critical system data, but you can easily purchase more REV disks if you find yourself needing more capacity. Using data compression REV disks can hold up to 140 GB of data.
- Professional Software Bundle
- Iomega includes EMC Retrospect Express backup software for Windows. The software package allows for advanced backup functions such as data encryption and password protection, giving you all the tools to backup your data safely and securely. CA BrightStor ARCserve backup software is also included with this drive for enterprise-level backup.
