The JVC TK-C215VP12U is a high performance dome camera suitable for outdoor installation in public areas, with its ruggedly constructed dome providing both weather and vandal resistant camera protection. Furthermore, with a Day/Night function and a host of other electronic controls, it can be used in areas with poor or tricky lighting situations such as parking lots, sports facilities, transportation hubs and numerous other applications.
- Weather & Vandal Resistant
- This camera can be installed indoors or outdoors and in busy public areas, with its IP66 rated tough dome design effectively protecting the camera from adverse weather conditions and vandalism. An IP66 rating is earned when a dome enclosure is capable of withstanding powerful water jets coming from any direction and is also able to keep out dust.
- Day/Night Function
- In order to maintain the best image quality 24-hours a day, this camera auto switches from high resolution color to an ultra sensitive B/W mode when light levels fall.
- Zoom on Alarm
- In the event of an alarm received by an external alarm sensor, the camera will automatically move the lens to its maximum 12x optical zoom position, allowing an operator to closely examine the person or object that triggered the alarm.
- Easy to Install
- The camera installs easily on a flat ceiling surface or inside an existing electrical junction box.
