The McClamp, The Clamp eliminates wind effect for improved sharpness of photographs. It clamps to a tripod leg and can hold such items as gray cards and 12" reflectors. It improves compositions by providing more control of your subject and background. Explore new creative angles by adjusting the 26" flexible arm while the clamp holds your small subject in place.
The holding clamp has two surfaces - firm plastic outside jaws for a firm grip, and soft inner neoprene jaws to hold delicate subjects. This clamp is also available in a version that can stand alone -- THE STICK (# MCSTK).
This clamp has an over-sized mounting clamp to clip onto wider surfaces than the standard 1" clamp allows.

I use this in my art studio to hold my viewfinder in place when I am painting a still life. It works great for what I want. It is a little tricky to get it just where I want it, but once I do it holds it exactly in place, allowing me to sketch in my painting without having to hold the viewfinder in one hand while I sketch with the other.

Comments about FM Photography McClamp The Clamp - Standard Micro Clamp and 2" Mount Clamp:
In Texas the wind always blows so macro photography of flowers and things needs a third hand. After about four months and maybe a half dozen session the small clamp broke off the flex rod. The nut attaching it to the flex rod pulled out of the clamp.

Comments about FM Photography McClamp The Clamp - Standard Micro Clamp and 2" Mount Clamp:
I live in a windy area and McClamp has been a lifesaver to get that perfect shot. It holds steady my subject without damaging the subject. I also use it to hold a 12 inch reflector with no problems at all. McClamp has made my life much easier getting a better shot.
