Billingham 445 Shoulder Bag
The Billingham 445 Shoulder Bag (Sage with Tan Leather Trim) is designed to carry 2 digital SLR cameras with 4 lenses and accessories. The bag is constructed of waterproofed FiberNyte cotton canvas with a polyester lining using StormBlock butyl rubber, high-density, closed-cell foam throughout and a double-laminated, removable hard bottom. It also has Superflex 9-15 and 9-18 partitions for separating and organizing the interior.
The 445 bag has 4 interior slip pockets that are located between the main inner compartment and the exterior of the bag, 2 large front exterior pockets and 2 pen pockets on the front of the bag. It is carried by an interior grab handle that allows the photographer to hand carry the bag with the protective cover flap open, a leather grab handle that snaps together securely for easy hand carrying and a Delta Sling shoulder strap with heavy-duty neoprene backed leather shoulder pad.

- Main compartment is framed internally with 4-ply Nytex binding. This maintains the bag's shape and helps to channel rainwater away from seams. The TukTop allows the main zipper, with its double pullers, to be tucked out of the way when opened
- Zippered compartment, located on the front exterior of the bag has sewn-in padded pockets, which can easily hold filters, additional cords, and connectors as well as an area for notepad, paperback, newsmagazine, etc

I was skeptical about this bag since I only was able to see it online, about how it would look and feel in real life, whether it would be too big/small for my needs, and it is quite expensive. Once the bag arrived, all doubts were gone! I love this bag!!!! This has to be the best camera bag I owned to date (I had four previous bags) and I anticipate it will be with me for a long time. It is a bit large (I do expect to grow my hobby to a more serious level), but very very comfortable and handles everything I've got in comfort and style. If you are like me and think the price is a bit steep, my advice is just do it and you'll very glad you did.

This Billingham bag is really a good choice if you want, as I do, make quick photoreport travels.
I often use to travel around Europa for few days. I only bring my bag with which contains my 2 mamyia 7, 30 120rolls, 15" laptop, 2 shirts, toilet bag, notebooks, pencils...
to my point, this bag is much more than a camera bag.

I've only had the bag a few weeks, I'm still in the process of deciding how I want to use it. I had no problem packing a D700, an FG, 4 lenses and my 13" Mac on a photo trip. And there was still lot's of room left over. Of course it was too heavy; for that kind of load I will probably choose my backpack in the future. But for my daily commute to work with a camera, no extra lenses, my computer, and some paper and pens is no problem, really quite comfortable! And that's what I was hoping for. I'm pleased.

I use this bag for my Nikon D300, 16-85mm, 70-200mm, Metz 40-MZ 3 Mecablitz Flash, Waterproof housing, Table-Top Tripod, Filters, Remotes, and manuals. The bag has plenty of compartments. The bag is sturdy, attractive and the shoulder strap is strong and comfortable. The only thing That I don't like about the bag is the button latches. That said, after looking at all the mass production bags, I found this amazing bag. Don't even think about the price - just order yours and you will love it.
