Bowens Telescopic Disc Holder
The Bowens Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder is a reflector holder by means of its two clips, which can support a Bowens, Lastolite, Westcott, Impact, Flexfill, or Photoflex light disc as large as 60".
It can hold a small light head to an extension of almost 3' from the center of your light stand. This arm mounts to any stand that has a 5/8" diameter top stud.

It's rare that I ever need to write a negative review since most things I purchase are well researched and the ratings are usually on point.
Well, I have a Bowen's Light Kit and wanted to make sure I was using other Bowen's products.
I bought this but it is poorly built. Funny right?
Basically it locks onto the top of my stand but the locking mechanism it has to keep it steady at a specific angle is not as tight as I would want it so it is difficult for me to get a perfect 90 degree or 45 degree angle because it keeps on dropping down a bit.
I am only using a 32" reflector with it so there isnt much load on it but I guess it's a little weak.
Also, on my last shoot (after using it only 4 times) the rubber grip on the teeth of the one of the clamps came off! What the heck!?
So I don't know if I got a bad one but I will say that this is not the best disc holder yo can buy.
Thankfully I don't need this in my everyday shoot but if I did I would return it and get something better.

The holder holds my reflector and diffuser discs securely. It works best indoors, but with appropriate anchoring, it should work quite well for outdoors portraiture. It would be nice if it collapsed further for storage.
