it gives you more control over the light allowing for some fantastic photos. all pieces in the kit appear to be well made

I found the snoot does get very hot very quickly but thats probably unavoidable. Just need to keep an eye on it. The connection between the snoot and the barn doors with the reflector is not as easy to connect and disconnect as it should be.
Otherwise it's a good kit for most things and has saved me time trying to make the same effects out of cardboard not to mention the added professional image and images!
