The SP6CII boasts an impressive 6.5" aluminum (cone) woofer, 1" titanium-laminate (pivoting) tweeter and 80W of power.
The JBL SP6CII offers multiple features such as a space-saving flush-mount design, a unique swivel-mount tweeter and a rubber surround aluminum woofer. The SP6CII can reproduce a full range of audio frequencies to complement your audio selections. In addition, the JBL SP6CII can be painted to match any decor.

- With a frequency response of 40Hz - 20kHz, the SP6CII can reproduce a full sound range from deep bass tones to ultra-high frequencies.
- Swivel-Mount Tweeter
- The SP6CII has the ability direct the high frequencies toward your listening position by incorporating a unique swivel-mount tweeter with Elliptical Oblate Spheroidal (EOS) waveguides.
- Flexibility and Placement
- With its space-saving design of only 4-1/4" mounting depth and weighing only 4.5 lbs, the SP6CII offers you maximum flexibility of being able to install it anywhere.
- Paintable Frame and Grille
- Both the frame and grille can be painted to blend into the existing environment.
- Ease of Installation
- Locate your speaker location, cut the drywall, connect the speaker wires and mount the SP6CII, it's that simple. The SP6CII includes a cutting template and integrated dog-ear brackets for retrofit applications. And with rough-in frames available for new construction, installation is just as easy.

great sound quality... not very durable though.. give it a bit too much amps once and poof... FYI don't let other people touch your equipment! easy mount and set up... I liked them better at 149... but what an you do. with the right sub this sound phenominal.

I purchased 2 pair (4 ea. SP6II speakers) to match up with free standing Cherry JBL speakers (Right, Left, Center, & Sub)that I had purchased from BH Photo about 5 yrs ago. I installed the surround Right & Left on either side of the couch & the Rear RT & LT behind the couch. The sound is incredibly good. You do not have to crank these speakers to experience better than theater sound. The balance of the system through my Sony receiver is unreal. The whole family enjoys them. My neighbor, who used to do professional installations was very impressed and will probably buy some for his own home!
No negative comments, easy install, great sound, great price!

Can't beat these speakers for the price. Purchased 2 pair, liked them so much that I purchased 2 more. Great range and great sound overall. Installed in the ceilings in 12 x 14 rooms. Fill them with sound - no problem! Have a friend who has a whole-house audio system. Listened to these and regretted having spent 3 times as much for the speakers he bought. [...]
