The See Eye 2 Eye from Bodelin Technologies allows you to maintain eye contact when using a webcam for Internet communication. The device features a system of mirrors to place the image of the person you are talking to directly over the lens of your webcam. This does not affect the quality of the image that the other person sees. Maintaining eye contact when communicating, even with a web camera, helps to facilitate better communication and understanding. This is a great accessory for anyone who uses a webcam for frequent communication.

Comments about Bodelin Technologies SE2E See Eye 2 Eye - Eye Contact Device for Webcams:
Both the device and free teleprompter software work very well. The only issues are:
1. It does obscure part of the monitor screen (unavoidable).
2. Does not accommodate all web cams, particularly the barrel types like the Microsoft Cinema series.
For use as a teleprompter it is fantastic for anyone preferring not to spend $600 and up for an electronic version.

Comments about Bodelin Technologies SE2E See Eye 2 Eye - Eye Contact Device for Webcams:
This is used for video chatting and and as a teleprompter, which is was designed to do, and does so functionally. What's great about it is that you can now get a teleprompter for vidcasting for $50. What users will find challenging is the size, edge shadowing and possibly the plastic construction. Professionals used to systems costing several thousand dollars will probably laugh at the size and construction, but I wouldn't be ashamed to have this technology at my fingertips for next to nothing. In my opinion, it does just as its makers advertise. Edge shadowing is a function of whether your camera lens fits close-in; lots of camcorders will not be able to achieve this. If you're using a built-in (like iSight) webcam, get the one design to do that.
