The AirPlay Boost FM Transmitter for iPod Nano from XtremeMac is an FM radio transmitter that connects to your iPod via its dock connector. The transmitter allows you to program up to 3 frequencies as presets, as well as to tune to any station manually. While it draws power from the iPod via the dock connection, it also features a pass-through dock connector so that you can plug a car charger or other device into the dock while using it.
The external antenna on the AirPlay Boost makes the signal as strong as possible, giving you the clearest sound possible. Compatible with the iPod Nano 2nd Generation, this transmitter is an excellent way to transmit your iPod's output via FM for your car or home.

It allows for 3 programmable preset frequencies as well as manual tuning, allowing you to quickly locate a frequency that offers a clear transmission. You can toggle between monaural and stereo modes to help improve reception.
