The Sea & Sea Sea Arm VII Set is constructed of fiberglass-reinforced plastic resin offering a lightweight yet strong arm. With the included components, you can create a custom arm setup for your lighting needs. It is suitable for either strobes or video lights. The included base allows you to attach the arm to the bottom of cameras or housings.

I used the Sea Arm with the Olympus E-PL2 underwater housing and the Sea and Sea YS-01 strobe. I felt this arm is more designed to use with compact cameras. Out of the water the housing was too heavy and even at very tight the arm was moved by the weight of the camera. If I had to buy an arm again, I would buy it in aluminium.

Like all the Sea&Sea products they are great; however I had to design a neoprene bag to carry all the arm set + YS250 strobe + DX1G camera; because you can't hold all the equipament in one hand, the conectors will not keep all together (unless you really tight the joins, but it will mark the rubber). My bag is an option to avoid drop it down, or bumped it when I'm diving in a bout, and need some kind of assistement (someone picks my equipament while I'm on water surface).
There's extra arms to creat your own set, and some other conector to be used with video light.
