It doesn't have a wall-wart, yeah! It supplies a keyboard & mouse signal to the computer not being used so it doesn't forget them and need to be rebooted. Solved my problem. I don't use the video because my 2 computers are not both VGA. Sound and PS/2's work great. Loud beep each time you change, does not bother me. Would buy another if needed.
