The Line 6 Lowdown Studio 110 Bass Amp combines authentically modeled tones, effects, and professional connectivity in a 12-inch carpet-covered cube that can go with you anywhere.
Four authentic tones cover the range of electric bass amps: Clean for jazz, R&B for a Motown thump, Rock for an 8x10 arena rig sound, or Grind for a growling metal overdrive. An optical compressor and 4-band EQ help you fine-tune your sound. Additionally, a fully programmable bass synthesizer gives you the equivalent of a whole new instrument. And once you have your sound nailed down, you can save your tone in one of four memory locations.
The Lowdown Studio 110 is designed for flexibility as well as portability. An XLR direct out makes the Studio 110 its own direct box; the preamp out lets you use the amp section to drive another amp, or an effects rack. The CD/MP3 input makes the Studio 110 perfect for learning new material, and the dedicated headphone output lets you learn it any time of the day or night.
Punchy, precise, and portable, the Studio 110 gives you the advantages of Line 6's Lowdown series of bass amps, in a form factor more suited to direct recording, rehearsal, or coffeehouse gigs.
- Four Powerful Amp Models
- Over the course of the last few decades, certain bass amps have stood out from the crowd. Four of these mainstay amps have been modeled with startling accuracy for the Lowdown 110. Under the names Clean, R&B, Rock, and Grind, they cover the range of bass tones from mellow and melodic to raw and raging.
- Bass Synth
- In addition to the modeled tones, there is a fast-tracking, widely adjustable bass synth on tap. Waveform, attack and release, and various filters can be manually adjusted.
- XLR Direct Out
- Stage cabling at small gigs can be streamlined with the Studio 110's direct XLR out. All the modeling and EQ settings are present in the signal from the XLR out.
- Preamp Out
- The 1/4" preamp out allows the bassist to use the Studio 110 to drive either another amp or an effects unit.
