The Gitzo GB0540 Three-Section Carbon Fiber Boompole is a lightweight boom microphone pole suitable to mount shotgun microphones, stereo microphones, etc. The GB0530 is designed for maximum comfort and reliable use on location or in studio, with a carbon fiber, 6x cross-layered tube providing maximum strength while remaining lightweight. The G-Lock mechanism is responsive to weight. the higher the load applied vertically to the pole, the stronger the lock.
