Comments about SIIG VGA 8-Port Video Splitter:

I purchased this product back in early december. The product arrived Dead. I contacted siig 8 times over the course of two weeks. I was on hold for a total of 6 hours and never talked to a real person. I left several messages and none of them were returned, that is until I told them I was going to leave negative feedback on all of their products, then they got back to me in a matter of hours.

The incompetent employee at siig asked me to return the product for repairs/exchange so I did. The second VGA splitter arrived today and that one was dead on arrival as well. Im returning the second one today and Im purchasing one from a different brand.

Dont waste your money or time (almost two months) like i did.

Comments about SIIG VGA 8-Port Video Splitter:

Good value. Would be nice if it had an led telling u the device is on. This makes troubleshooting a tad easier.

But it does what it says. Boosts signal and multiplies single Vga into 8. I used 50 foot cables to projectors and worked fine.

Ports are a little snugly spaced so be careful of design of cables you select. It makes a difference.

Comments about SIIG VGA 8-Port Video Splitter:

As a mobile DJ, these little gadgets are what keep my customers continued "REPEAT" customers. I only wish they added a power light to let me know when it's on. At present depending on the request I run 2-4 video monitors, with 50ft cables....very clear with no distortion.
