Elinchrom D-Lite2 Two Monolight Kit
The Elinchrom D-Lite2 with Accessory Kit provides 2 entry-level 200 watt/second monolights with a 5 f/stop power adjustment range. The power levels are clearly visible in digital readouts on the rear of the unit. The monolights are lightweight, accept a common household bulb as a modeling light, and recycle in 0.8 seconds at full power.
This kit includes 2 Manfrotto #3333 stands, a 21 x 21" and 25.5 x 25.5" Elinchrom softbox, sync cords, cases and instructional DVD.
- The D-Lite2 monolight is multi-voltage. Simply change the modeling light, and use a plug adapter.
- Flash duration is 1/1200 second
- Low sync voltage (5V) makes it safe to sync with any camera
- Power adjustment is in 1/10 stop increments, from 200, down to 12 watt/seconds.
- The modeling light may be adjusted from full, to half power, to off, or tracking with flash power selected.
- Visual and switchable audible flash ready signal
- Built-in, switchable optical slave allows firing of multiple units without connecting them by wires
- User changeable flashtube
- Use the softboxes to create pleasing portraits.
- The light stands rise to a maximum height of 9' (2.7m).

I recently purchased these lights and love them! They are so compact, but have tons of power. I absolutely love how easy it is to travel with these lights, they come with their own bags and are light enough to carry on your shoulder with barely any strain.
I would definitely recommend Elinchrom D-Lites to anyone who travels a lot or who does location work.

I bought the light's to take portraits of friends and family. I consider myself novice user; I have a 40d and some other lens. The light set is very user friendly, very easy to set up and take down. I did not even have to look at the instructions, it was that simple to set up and go. Just like I like it, a PLUG & PLAY type set-up, GREAT! At first I did not know what to set my camera on. So I called the tech. support told them what I have and BAM taking portraits like a pro. The tech support and product is outstanding! I can't think of anything bad to say about the product. It's just truly outstanding. I would recommend this product to everyone!

It is easy to set up and a great way to start a studio. The only problem i had was i have to buy the transmitter/receiver separate to make the soft boxes flash when i shoot a photo. It doesn't come with it, but only 2 sync cords.

I'll admit. I am pretty much an amateur, with dreams of more. These lights were simple to set up, simple to use, the DVD answers any questions you might have, and they are extremely portable. PLUS - being Elinchrom's I know as much as I use them they will last me forever! Great lights!
