- Upgrade Qualification
- This upgrade requires a valid license for one of the following Microsoft products to function: Microsoft Works 6.0-10; Microsoft Works suite 2000-2006 or later; any 2000-2007 Microsoft Office program or suite; any Microsoft Office XP suite.

Get this version of office for an unbeatable value if you need a copy of MS Office with Outlook!
And apparently, anyone who purchases a copy of Office 2007 by Sep 2010 will be offered a free upgrade to Office 2010. (Not sure if this upgrade version is included in the offer)
