Allot better than integrated audio. Plus you get options like equalizer for bass output and treble.
Gaming mode and Movies mode is really good.
Building a new computer so this part is definitely a good choice.

Plug it in, follow the instructions, and it works.
Audio on my games are awesome. With the additional processing power, I can run simultaneous voice connections on computer, where I could not without the card.
Could not use the Mic. through my Trendnet KVR switch for some reason. Don't know why.
