I upgraded my 4 star to 5 after figuring out why I was not getting the vertical movement I needed. After some practice and learning more of the capabilities of this quick release ballhead, I am getting more and more impressed. Bottom line, read the directions and play with it a lot to learn all it can do. Getting happier by the day with this tripod and quick release ballhead.
