The Samsung TX-T2082 20" SlimFit Digital Television is a standard 4:3 aspect ratio flat CRT measuring only two thirds the depth of conventional tube TVs. Looking very much like a miniature DLP the Samsung TX-T2082 is an astounding breakthrough in television engineering.

You get the exquisite picture of the best high definition tube television. This TV sits securely on shallow shelving previously the exclusive domain of expensive fixed pixel displays. The modern design of a dark bezel framed in metallic tones will jazz-up any decor.

• Slim Depth CRT: Any way you measure it, be it one-third thinner or two-thirds the depth of the conventional high-definition flat CRT, it is a sleek beauty you cannot take your eyes off from.

• V-Chip System: Parents can prevent children from viewing programs which they determine contains objectionable content with the help of V-Chip technology. Use password protection to block or allow shows based on ratings systems. Simply choose an appropriate ratings level and the V-chip reads the ratings code transmitted with each program, compares it with the level you set and automatically denies access to any programming that exceeds your ratings limits.

• Remote Surf Timer: The remote surf timer lets you program a set time (say for instance, one minute and 30 seconds) to automatically return you to the original channel after sampling other programming.

• Auto Volume Leveler: Auto Volume Leveler keeps audio volume consistent during channel changing to minimize static sound bursts.

• Variable Sleep Timer: The Variable Sleep Timer turns the television off automatically. You can rest assured that when you fall asleep watching TV you will not be wasting electricity or disturbing other family members.
