Comments about Novoflex Universal Photo Survival Kit:
Cons-Price I'd buy these things as gifts for the photo enthusiast I know, if it sold for $75-95, but not at [$].The tripod is barely up to the task of holding a DSLR (there are better compact tripods out there for less money). The travel case is cool, but bulky, could easily be made smaller.Pros-the various parts can be assembled a dozen different ways to hold a point-n-shoot or very light DSLR just about anywhere. I added a metal strobe shoe to the kit so I can position my SB800 anywhere I want to with this kit.If you've got 200-clams burning a hole in your pocket, this is a cool rig.At $75 id give it Five Stars, but at [$] it only gets Three in my book.
