So I have a pretty decent Nikon point and shot camera but I wanted more high quality pics so I was in the market for a lens. But in order to use the lens I needed an adapter. I searched all over the city of Chicago and could not find the right adapter for my camera so I looked on BH.com and found it!

I used this product to connect a microscope camera adapter. So my Nikon camera connects with the UR-E20 to a microscope adapter. It worked perfectly and I got great images!

I originally bought an after market spin off from another on-line photo supply company after they told me that the after market converter was just as good as Nikon. IT WAS NOT! The threads were not correct and would not screw onto my Nikon P-5000. The OEM WC-E67 from Nikon works great.

The UR-E20 adapter allows the P5000 to shoot some good long-range photos using a Swarovsky spotting scope. The images do not equal the quality of photos taken directly by the camera lense -- but it does allow capture images that would otherwise never be seen.
It's a good investment.
