This Matthews 10" Suction Cup with 4-Way Tilt Plate is a camera mount device that uses a 10" heavy-duty suction cup to adhere to flat, non-porous surfaces. It is often used for mounding a camera to an automobile for a unique visual perspective.
This device has a tilting plate that is able to pivot on two planes, and will allow 180° inversion of a mounted camera. There are multiple threaded mounting points—or an optional C-clamp (not included) can be substituted for the suction cup.
