Aleratec 1:1 DVD/CD Copy Cruiser Pro HS Duplicator - Standalone/USB 2.0
The 1:1 DVD/CD Copy Cruiser Pro HS Duplicator from Aleratec allows you to duplicate DVD or CD discs. The duplicator features a single DVD-ROM drive to read media and a single dual-layer DVD burner to write media. It can be used as a standalone duplicator or connected to a computer via USB 2.0.
- Simple Standalone Operation
- Simply place your source disc in the DVD-ROM and a blank disc in the burner and press a button to duplicate; operation couldn't be simpler. A status LCD is built into the top of the duplicator to show burning status.
- Computer Control
- The duplicator can be used as a standard external USB 2.0 DVD burner when connected to a computer. Burning software by Nero for Windows is included for full-featured operation. MusicMatch Jukebox and Cyberlink Power DVD are also included for multimedia playback in Windows.
- Multiple Formats Supported
- You can write almost any type of CD or DVD media with the duplicator. It supports CD-R at 40x, DVD+R and DVD-R at 20x and dual-layer DVD discs at up to 8x speed.

The first thing that I noticed when I took this Duplicator out of the box was its "heft". It is not a plastic machine. It has a metal case. Aleratec is a company that means business. I chose this machine because I do not require something that duplicates four, five, six or more DVDs at a time. I read the reviews and liked what I read. And I agree with them. This is a gem, and it doesn't tie up my computer. It came with a USB cable so it could if I need, but I have a small video business and did not want to tie up any more cash than needed. Right out of the box and in ten minutes I had copied my first disc. It has not failed, and every duplication has been perfect.
This coupled with my wonderful relation with B&H was perfect for me.
I highly recommend this machine, and B&H.

This equipment was just what we needed for our project. We needed to copy a large number of mini-discs to standard-sized DVDs ... one at a time. We were making back-ups of DVDs used in an employment selection process. So this was perfect for the job. It was quick (about 3-4 minutes per disc - the content on the original discs varied from 10-20 minutes per disc) and reliable (no equipment breakdowns). Also, it was easy to use and easy to teach people how to use it. Thanks!

The CD Copy Crusier Pro HS Duplicator chugs right along. We produce our own promotional videos and bought this stand-alone duplicator to keep from tying up a computer to make the copies. Not only does it do the job well and accurately, it completes the process in one-third the time it took the computer to do it. The instructions are clear and short. We were making copies in five minutes from the time we opened the box. If you're like us and you only need 20 to 30 copies at a time, this little duplicator turns them out in short order at a price that's hard to beat.
