Great color but plan on it arriving in rough shape. I usually buy these twice as wide as I need because there's almost always an issue with the end. For example, the last one I ordered was crushed and had a rippled crease about 6" from the center that went down to the core. Shipping is too expensive to return so I always order 2 at a time, knowing that one of them will have some issue. As other people have said, you will also have to cut and discard the first couple of feet because of the tape issue. Great paper but plan accordingly.

Very happy with the product. Not too heavy but sturdy paper that is great quality. I lost the first couple feet due to tear, which seems to be a common complaint with this product. Definitely recommend, however.

This gray is so versatile. Light it and it's so soft and pale. Don't light it and it becomes a rich charcoal. Every portrait session I do involves this paper.

Used this paper for an event shoot where hundreds of people were photographed and it definitely stood up to the challenge. Loved it. I do recommend.

I use this background regularly ever since I got it. As a matter of fact it's up right now! Its a fantastic shade of grey, near 18% middle grey actually. [...] 5 Stars here.

Typically I shoot with Thunder Gray, but decided to go with Fashion Gray, which is much lighter then the image posted.
Nice soft gray, that can also be used in place of a white seamless

I use this seamless paper on location to create a fashion grey sweep. What I like most about is that depending on: how far the subject is away from the background, lighting, shutter speed, it can go from an off white all the way to black. Only complaint I have is that it was ripped around the sides through several layers when I received it and took 10 minutes to unpack and fix. (Embarrassing at a client location)

All quality control / inspection issues aside, great product, great price.

Easy background with a high fashion look.... do a fade to black and white at 75 opacity and ring the register!

This is a beautiful color and quality paper. Absolutely thrilled with the test shots I took today.

Disappointed however that the roll came with about 2 1/2 feet of ripped paper at the end. That doesn't sound like a lot but when I am only getting 12 ft losing more than 2 is a big deal.

Other than that I am super happy with this paper.

When I received the paper I ended up losing around 3 feet of it because it was riped, but other than that everything was fine

This backdrop is precisely as advertised.
I use this backdrop in my studio more often than any other backdrop I own.
The material is paper - but robust. Heavy use and zero rips or tears.
For the price I have no qualms if it gets dirty or (on the off-chance) torn, I can easily replace it.
The fact that it's 12 yards ensures multiple uses out of it, and the width is perfect for single or small group portraits.
The shade is VERY flattering for portraits, helps even but distinct skin tones and really lets tee-shirts pop out for commercial photography.

Only thing that's not so great - It's not vinyl. It can get creased if it falls rapidly or if mishandled. Requires a *little* bit of babying, but honestly not much. Very robust for a paper product.
