The OMX-SW8X8NT 8x8 Video & Stereo Audio Matrix Switcher from Ocean Matrix is a high-performance 8x8 vertical interval matrix switcher for composite video and stereo audio signals. This unit allows you to route any input to any or all outputs simultaneously.
It switches during the vertical interval, making for glitch free transitions when sources share a common reference sync. This unit also features audio breakaway, which provides the ability to switch audio independently from video.
It also include (8) preset memory locations for quick access to common configurations. The unit also includes Ocean Matrix's K-Router Windows-based control software, although the unit may also be controlled via front-panel buttons, RS-232, and RS-485.
This switcher has a bandwidth capacity of 100MHz. It will fit in 2U of rack space in any standard 19" rack.
