The DSL-2540B ADSL2/2+ Modem with 4-Port Ethernet Router from D-Link is a two-in-one device that combines the functionality of a DSL modem with a 4-port Ethernet router. This unit supports all the latest ADSL standards and provides longer reach from your ISP's DSLAM (digital subscriber line access multiplexer). Data speeds of up to 24Mbps downstream and 3.4Mbps upstream are possible with this unit. Use this model to better manage your DSL connection or to build out your own wired network.
This unit will automatically detect your DSL settings and establish your internet connection. It supports TR-067, ensuring compatibility with your ISP's infrastructure. It additionally supports TR-069, which automatically updates firmware and other settings as they become available from your ISP.
This unit includes a built-in QoS engine that prioritizes Internet traffic, enabling smooth VoIP phone calls and lag-free online gaming. This device also includes dual active firewalls (SPI and NAT) to help protect your network. Up to (4) computers or other devices can be connected simultaneously to this unit.

Easy install and good DSL connection to internet. Connected to wireless router with no isuues. Modem does run a bit warm but seems to be ok so far.
