The EA306 from Shure contains three pairs of triple flange sleeves designed for use with the E3c, E4c, E5c, E500, i3c, and i4c in-ear headphones. The comfortable silicone sleeves are washable and reusable. The triple flange sleeves form a tighter seal than Shure's flex sleeves, helping to block out more ambient noise. If desired, the tube or flange of the sleeve can be trimmed for greater comfort.

I use these with Westone earphones. I have deep ears and comply/shure foams just don't provide the seal needed.
I trim the stalk on these down and they work out great.
Note that the first few times putting these in, they will be a little uncomfortable. Once they get a little bit of oil/wax on them (not chunks) they will slide in and out much easier. I have to aim mine UP a bit when i put them in.
They are expensive, but if you are buying these, you probably already have headphones in the $150+ range, so you understand that nothing comes cheap in the high end audio world.

These tips work well with my Westone UM2s. I had to cut off one of the flanges because I have shallow ear canals, but I have to do that with any triple-flange tips I buy (including the ones from Etymotic Research). They fit snugly onto my UM2s and sound great.

I bought these for my klipsch s4 earbuds after struggling with the stock tips falling out and not sealing well and after I had tried Sony hybrid tips with no success. These are absolutely perfect. They are comfortable, they seal great which means they sound great, and they don't come loose on their own, yet are easily removed. I trimmed the stalk to make them fit my buds and now I'm good to go. I wear these things 6 plus hours a day with minimal irritation. [$] well spent.

These are the sleeves that work for me with my Shure SE210 in ear headphones. The old ones got worn out (one flange separated) after more than a year of daily use. A good way to prolong the life of a great set of 'phones.

When sizing properly (cutting off the smallest flange) the audio quality is outstanding ot the Shure E500's.

I guess these are an updated version of the older model flanges, but they seem the same to me. Fit perfectly. I get the best quality sound with the triple-flanges, versus the foam or the basic sleeves.

When I bought my headphones I didn't think I would ever use the triple flange but they work great for me. These replacements are identical to the origionals in feel and size. They last me about 1 1/2-2 years a pair.

I play bass for a church praise band. I use these with a pair of Shure e6c in ear monitors through a Rolls PM55 personal monitor. They fit great most of the time.
These things block out just enough ambient noise that I can hear what I need to through the monitors, but let enough through that I can still hear the drums and my own bass amp without having to pump them through my monitor line.
Had to cut a little bit of the stem off to get the sleeves to fit on the headphones correctly. Sometimes the headphones can fall out if I don't get them pushed far enough into my ear.

I use these for the Shure SE530s, and they work great for me, giving me very good sound and isolation. I wish, for the price, a few more pairs were included.

I'm the sound tech and also buy all of the sound gear for the church and I have found that the triple flange sleeves are the only ones the musicians will wear. They are comfortable, secure and if taken care of will last for a long time, the color white is not bad but I would like a different color, tan if possible.

Fit is good. Sound quality is good. Length is a little long for my ears. Seems to stay in better than other models when I am working out.
