I neeeded a battery for my Panasonic HDC-SD1 Camcorder. Tried ordering from a company online, knowing full well B&H never let me down. B&H's price is very good on this item, but I wanted to squeeze a few more dollars buying a "replacement, non- panasonic" battery. Needless to say, the other place I ordered from sold me a product that did not work. Finally ordered this from here and it is a great battery! Thanks B&H.

comprei ela para usar na HDC-HS300 que grava em HDD por até 14 horas em boa qualidade, o que me vale uma bateria que dura apenas 1:20? acho que a Panasonic deveria desenvolver baterias de longa duração, como a Sony.

I didn't have a chance to fully charge the battery before I needed it and it still exceeded my expectations. Over 1.5 hours while the original battery can't even get to 50 minutes.

This battery is well made and contains a lot of energy. But unfortunately it only provides 1.5 hours of recording time on the TM700 camcorder, which is not sufficient for many events. I recommend that you get the VW-VBG260 instead because it lasts twice as long.

I went on a vacation for 3 weeks and used 2 of these batteries for my camcorder. Everyday I would recharge them during the night to ensure fresh batteries. They charged up to the max everyday. I always had enough battery power through the day and I was videotaping often. Another plus, they are a little more lightweight than the longer batteries and take up less space. I am very satisfied with this battery and would recommend it.

Works fine, but too short a charge for me. With it fully charged and the LCD screen open it shows about 1 hour 45 minutes of record time in HD (not 60p). I use my camcorder extensively on vacations and don't want to run out of battery. This is the same one that's included with the Panasonic HDC-TM700 (USA model). I bought this, but will return it for a larger capacity.
