I use these all the time to help speed up my editing workflow. The color and pictogram coding really aides you in remembering the keyboard shortcuts, especially for more obscure ones that you don't use every day. However, depending on your keyboard, long term use may require you to superglue the stickers back onto the keys when the adhesive finally fails.

Pros: These labels identify short cut keys, increasing speed while editing, The stickers allow a person to use their original keyboard with out having to purchase a separate board for editing,
Cons: The labels are thick so you can feel them while you type. The letters are smaller than usual because they contain both the letter and the short cut symbol.
I recommend this if you are on a tight budget or if you are using the keyboard to learn the system. You can buy dedicated keyboards for about $40 more.
