The Billingham 225 Shoulder Bag (Black with Tan Leather Trim) is designed to carry a digital SLR camera with 3 lenses and accessories. The case is constructed from soft-weave fabric which helps eliminate abrasions, combined with Stormblocker dual laminate waterproof canvas, a heavy-duty, closed cell foam padded interior and a double-laminated, removable hard bottom. It also has a Superflex 8-15 partition for separating and organizing the interior.
The 225 bag has 4 interior slip pockets that are located between the main inner compartment and the exterior of the bag, 2 large front exterior pockets and 2 pen pockets on the front of the bag. It is carried by an interior grab handle that allows the photographer to hand carry the bag with the protective cover flap open, a leather grab handle that snaps together securely for easy hand carrying and a Delta Sling shoulder strap with heavy-duty neoprene backed leather shoulder pad.

Comments about Billingham 225 Shoulder Bag (Black with Tan Leather Trim):
Excellent, secure, understated travel/storage bag. Holds all my stuff, very nicely organized. It did feel heavy at first; I attached it to my wheeled bag, and it balanced nicely. Then I carried it cross-body and it wasn't bad. It *may* be too heavy for me to shoot from directly, but I don't want to carry this much stuff when I'm shooting anyway. Definitely a little boxy, but a solid bag overall.

Comments about Billingham 225 Shoulder Bag (Black with Tan Leather Trim):
I found this bag online a while back, but hesitated in ordering it due to price. When I recently upgraded my camera, I needed a really good bag for it and the lenses I've collected. This bag is almost perfect! It is very sturdy and is designed very well. It does take some "getting used to," as there are multiple flaps and compartments. But, once you break it in a bit, it is very easy to access gear and accessories. The buckles were a bit stiff when the bag first arrived, and a little hard to open. But, like all good leather, they broke in after just a week or so of use, and now getting in and out of the bag is super easy. Even after loosening up, the design of the buckles keeps equipment very secure when the bag is closed up. I purchased the "backpack" strap, which works very nicely. It wasn't exactly intuitive, but was very comfortable once I figured out the correct way to hook it to the bag. The only "downside" I found to this bag is in the included padded inserts. While it is great that you can reposition them, it would be nice if the configuration allowed for two lenses, rather than a lens and a flash. I have not yet figured out the best way to configure the inserts for the gear I want to carry, but am sure I will. For the time being, I have removed them and am using the leather pouches my lenses came in, which works well, too.
Comments about Billingham 225 Shoulder Bag (Black with Tan Leather Trim):
I am a bag-aholic and given my desire to road-test lots of carry-alls, I can assert that this Billingham bag is functional, stylish, and best of all, waterproof. In downpours, I needn't worry about my gear staying dry.
