Konus #1300 Universal Digiscoping Adapter
The Konus Digital Camera Universal Photo Adapter, Model 1300, fits spotting scopes and telescopes. Now you can use your digital camera or expensive spotting scope to get images you might not have previously been able to obtain.
This adapter attaches between the eyepiece of your scope and the camera. It comes with a platform on which to mount your camera, a locking screw to hold it in place, and a long grip by which the angle can be manipulated.
This inexpensive, lightweight and viable accessory will enhance your viewing opportunities to levels you never considered.

This Product is no problem to use with my Canon 8.0 SD-elph point and shoot digital. If could be better, it would have to be a custom setup. This item came with my Konuspot 80 MM Spotting Scope. I was able just to look at the picture and set it up in only 4-5 minutes.

It is well made and serves the purpose that it was made for. But the product have to work together.
Adjustment is a little difficult. Can be done with some patience.

I'll give it four stars because it works fine on the scope I have (Old Nikon Earth and Sky). If you have a high end scope this won't fit becaues it's too small.

I am using this product with my Canon 2000is camera for astronomy. The fram is made of quality metal with the platform for the camera being heavy duty polyethelyn plastic. Although it appears to be heavy it is not. The way Knus made the camera adaptor to line up with the camera is quick and easy. I use this adapter with my Celestron telescope. It attaches to the 1.25" viewfinder and firmly holds the camera. Even though I am a beginner, I think it works great and recommend it!! Best price online as well!

This will not fit on my Kowa TSN 663 eyepieces. The opening made to go around the eyepiece is simply too small. I think it was made for older scopes when the eyepieces had smaller diameters. It appears to be well made. Too bad the company didn't update their product.

I am using this item to take bird photos with my Celestron Spotting scope. I have a Pentax Optio S4i mounted and it works pretty well. The mount is heavy but sturdy. For a non pro like me it fits my needs
