The 526 25.5" Widescreen LCD Computer Display from LaCie is a high-quality monitor built with video professionals and graphic designers in mind. The monitor features a 1920 x 1200 native resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, a high 1000:1 contrast ratio, a wide 178°/178° viewing angle, a 320cd/m² brightness rating, and a 16ms response time. The monitor also includes a hood to cover the sides of the display. It includes the blue eye pro calibration software, but a hardware colorimeter is not included.
The monitor recreates a CRT-grade 102% NTSC color gamut with 12-bit LUT gamma correction at 16-bit calculation precision. It also covers 100% of the ISO Coated gamut and 97% of Adobe RGB. The monitor is a flat panel, which saves desk space. That, along with other features, makes it a great choice for video editors and graphic designers alike.

This is a great display for the money, you get the nice 25 inch size, with great color and contrast. It is not as nice as the color edges, but for the money, you can't complain. Even the Black and whites look pretty good. Overall, very please!

I have had the $200 to $400 monitors and tried to do a pro job on editing. You guessed it, you get what you pay for. This is the best editing tool you can buy. LaCie has a long wait time for pre-sales questions, I received a good education. I will buy one more to complete my CS4 experience.
