The Fujifilm FinePix A900 Digital Camera features the unique 9.03 megapixel Fuji Super CCD HR image sensor and the RP (Real Photo) Processor, together with the superb Fujinon 4x Zoom lens. This makes it possible to capture sharp images with more detail and less noise than other cameras in its class.

The FinePix A900 is easy to use, with an intuitive mode dial to quickly select scene modes. It also has straightforward access menus, making it a reliable, affordable, take-anywhere camera, that everyone can use.

Seventeen scene modes make it possible for anyone to take first-rate photos in a range of situations. Framing and reviewing photographs is made easy thanks to a large 2.5" LCD monitor which also has an anti-reflective coating to prevent glare when shooting in bright daylight.

The FinePix A900 is conveniently powered by two AA-size batteries that are easy to obtain anywhere. The dual memory card slot, accepts xD-Picture cards and the popular Secure Digital (SD) cards. It provides greater flexibility and compatibility with a wide variety of computer based gadgets and media players.

Fujifilm's Intelligent Flash system analizes the subject and sets flash power output accordingly to avoid flooding the foreground with harsh light. This keeps subjects in the frame from looking 'ghostly' and the background from being in darkness.

• 9.0 Megapixel Super CCD HR: The A900 incorporates Fujifilm's innovative Super CCD sensor (featuring an octagonal pixel design), that allows you to capture superb highlights and shadow detail with a sensitivity of up to ISO 800 at full resolution, and delivers exceptional image quality, accurate details, smooth, attractive skin tones and true to life colors.

• Fujinon 4x Optical Zoom Lens: The A900 features a 4.0x Fujinon Zoom lens with a 35mm focal range equivalent of 39mm - 156mm, so you can bring your subject closer and capture it more clearly clearer. For added range, add the 7.6x Digital zoom to get a total zoom range of 30.4x.

• Picture Stabilization Technology: Taking advantage of the cameras ISO 800 sensitivity and high shutter speeds provided by Fujifilm's latest LSI Chip, the Picture Stabilization feature automatically uses professional photographic techniques to help reduce camera shake, freeze subject movement and improve low light background detail, for the highest quality digital pictures.

• Intuitive Mode Dial: The FinePix A900 features an ergonomically designed and placed mode dial, so you can quickly select scene position modes using just your thumb.

• 17 Selectable Scene Modes: The A900 has seventeen easy-to-use scene modes that are quickly accessed using the intuitive mode dial, so you'll always get the best possible image without having to make a lot of fine adjustments.

• Record Video with Audio: The FinePix A900 provides a QVGA quality video recording mode that uses the universally compatible AVI format, and can capture up to 30 frames per second with monaural sound.

• Powered by Standard AA Batteries: The Camera is powered by two AA-size batteries and works with either alkaline type disposable batteries or purchase optional NiMH rechargeable batteries that are more economical. There is also an optional AC Power Adapter (AC-3VX) available.

• 2.5-inch LCD Monitor: The large, high resolution LCD display makes it easy to frame your images and be able to view your images with clear and accurate color and detail. The LCD screen is also easy to view in bright light thanks to a highly effective anti-glare coating.

• Simple User Interface: The Graphic User Interface of the A900 with the colorful icon based menu system, provides fast and easy access to the cameras many menu functions. The camera also provides a brief explanation of each function while navigating so you know what each function can do for you.

• Dual Media Slot and Built-in Memory: The Finepix A900 includes 10MB of Built-in memory so you'll be able to begin shooting, right out of the box. Plus the camera features a Dual Card Slot allowing the use of either xD-Picture Card or the popular Secure Digital (SD) media to store and transfer your photos, assuring compatibility with a wide variety of computer based gadgets and media players.

• USB 2.0 Interface and PictBridge Compatibility: With the fast USB 2.0 interface, you'll be able to transfer your images and video clips to your computer quickly and easily, or connect the camera to a PictBridge compliant printer and print your favorite images without the need of a computer at all.
