ADS Technologies Video Xpress USB Video Capture Device
The Video Xpress from ADS Technologies is a compact USB device that lets you digitize analog video from RCA and S-Video sources. This lets you capture old VHS and Hi-8 home movies digitally. Software is included to edit your movies and burn them on to a VCD disc, making this an excellent tool to help preserve memories past.
- Simple Video to VCD Conversion
- This external video capture device quickly converts analog video to MPEG-1 VCD video. It features support for composite RCA and S-Video connections for cameras and VCRs. It is compatible with both NTSC and PAL video.
- Software Bundle
- muvee autoProducer and Ulead Movie Wizard are bundled with the hardware. These applications allow you to edit your home movies and are designed with ease of use in mind. You'll be able to burn your finished projects onto VCD discs, which can be played back in most DVD players.
- USB Interface
- The capture device connects to your computer via the standard USB interface. It requires a high-speed USB 2.0 port to function.
