The Gary Fong Lightsphere II Inverted Dome Flash Diffusion Pro-Plus Combo System includes the C1 and P1 Lightsphere IIs with the standard inverted domes, plus the additional ChromeDome and AmberDomes. In addition, this Pro-Plus kit also includes Gary's Getting Rich As A Photographer 2-DVD set. This shows Gary's step-by-step pricing and merchandising method to help make your custom-designed albums irresistible.
The Lightsphere is a large, round, soft and flexible diffuser that slips over the front of compatible flash units. The inside of the Lightsphere is completely textured to make the light dispersion even more "soft" than it would be otherwise. And because of this design, it is possible to make the material more translucent, keeping the unit from losing a lot of light while actually increasing the diffusion and softness of light.
An opaque color has been added to the inside of the Cloud version, and this "frosted" version creates an even softer effect, which makes it ideal for close-ups, portraits, and event photography.

Comments about Gary Fong Lightsphere II Flash Diffusion System (Pro-Plus Combo System):
we have used the GF diffusers since they first came out and are satisfied with them, but it is wise to be aware that when using them in large spaces, the amount of light going in the same direction as your lens is very small, hence the need for a fast lens. in small spaces where bounce lighting is coming back onto your subject from side and rear walls, this diffuser design works exceedingly well, but in larger spaces which make bounce lighting impractical, the diffuser effectively wastes the majority of your strobe.

Comments about Gary Fong Lightsphere II Flash Diffusion System (Pro-Plus Combo System):
The Lightsphere II is really great. My wife and I have both used it and it delivers as promised.
The DVD set was very useful too, I must say I prefer Camera Raw to jpg.
Also the DVD set might be titled "How Gary Fong gets Rich off of Photographers" that makes sense when you figure out he owns or has interests in the software and web galleries he suggests.
Still, it is a very, very useful seminar and thank you Gary Fong for being so inventive, you deserve the profit.

Comments about Gary Fong Lightsphere II Flash Diffusion System (Pro-Plus Combo System):
This pieces of soft plastic are of course better than many other diffusers I've used in front of my SB-800s except the new whale tail (which have a rugged grip so strong that it can support the weight of the camera, lens and drive but DO NOT try this at home! :)) from the producer. It doesn't come of by itself easily but in chaotic situations I guess the new universal mount fits better leaving your mind free of thinking 'is it still there?' :)Putting them one inside the other and put the domes on them and you get a very tidy carrying option within a very small space in your bag.[...] There is no need to hunt and gather all the products included in the set. As for the package and the price I would very much like to see that Gary Fong also included the software he introduced not only the "Getting Rich" 2-DVD Set. Probably that would be asking too much I guess but to save you from downloading at least the Demo versions could be added.Anyways, with the ease of use, portability and being not afraid that it can be broken this diffusion system is far superior than my mother's jars and any other system in the marketplace.
