The VAIO FZ Series VGN-FZ180E/B Notebook Computer from Sony is the perfect blend of mobility, style, and performance. You'll be able to use the noteboook with digital cameras, video cameras, MP3 players, and more.

The VAIO comes with software such as Microsoft Works 8.5 for productivity and Sony Click to DVD to let you put home movies and digital photos on DVD. Bringing digital photos into your computer is easy with the integrated Memory Stick and Secure Digital card reader. You can even capture digital video through the notebook's FireWire port. You can easily connect peripheral devices to the computer via the three installed USB 2.0 ports.

The system is powered by a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7300 CPU and boasts 2GB of RAM, 200GB 4200rpm SATA hard drive capacity, a Blu-ray Burner, wireless Ethernet, and a 15.4" Widescreen display powered by nVIDIA GeForce 8400M GT graphics. Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium is the platform that ties all this hardware and software together, providing a great portable computer for the digital savvy family, backed by the Sony name.

• Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7300 CPU: The Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T7300 is based on an architecture designed specifically for mobile computing; this processor delivers a balanced level of mobile processor technology and exceptional value in this lighter, easier-to-carry notebook PC. The dual-core technology delivers two execution cores in one CPU, giving you better performance than a comparable single-core processor.

• Windows Vista Home Premium: The computer comes preloaded with the Windows Vista Home Premium operating system from Microsoft. Vista includes the slick Aero user interface, complete with the Windows Sidebar, gadget support, Flip3D navigation and more. The Home Premium edition of Vista includes the popular Windows Media Center application. This lets your computer more easily connect to your home theater and wirelessly stream media to the Xbox 360 or another compatible media extender device.

• Blu-ray Burner: The computer includes a Blu-ray drive by Sony. This drive allows you to play back high definition video on Blu-ray disc. You can also burn writable Blu-ray, DVD, DVD-RAM and CD discs.

• Widescreen Display: The laptop has a 15.4" high-definition widescreen display that brings your movies and photos to life with amazing color and clarity due to its X-Brite technology. The widescreen display increases the width of the notebook's display while giving the computer the form factor of a smaller computer, so it takes up less space on your desk or in your briefcase.

• Digital Video Capture: The integrated FireWire port allows you to capture video directly from a digital camcorder to your PC. The included Sony Click to DVD software lets you burn your home movies on DVD for friends and family to watch.

• Internet Access: AOL Trial software is included, allowing you to easily get connected to the Internet whether you choose to go with dial-up or broadband. This lets you get connected to the web and e-mail quickly so that you can see what it has to offer.

• Virus Protection: The included Norton Internet Security 2007 software comes with a 60-day subscription to help you protect your computer from malicious software such as viruses and spyware. This helps to protect your computer when you are browsing the web or reading e-mail.
