Comments about Olympus ME-51S Stereo Microphone:
I use this mic for recording concert with Olympus LS 10 in 24/96. The quality is the same as the internal mic of LS 10 in my oppinion.
great value for the price

Comments about Olympus ME-51S Stereo Microphone:
I do some freelance reporting/photography and wanted something more for my DM-520. This works, almost too well. Omnidirectional, it picks up everything - and learning to think in an x/y/z axial plane took some work.
The tie-clasp is an inappropriate holder for this, especially if your tie ruffles -- but I haven't found a better solution yet. Maybe attach it onto the end of a rod and let it dangle. Or drop from the ceiling.
It's money well spent.

Used the microphone with WS-311M for recording group discussions. The results were great. Each voice came through crystal clear.
