Comments about Celestron Model #44206 Professional Stereoscopic Dissecting Zoom Microscope:

I am a horticulturalist and find this microscope useful to identify and examine plants and their diseases. But my wife and I also have a seemingly unending amount of joy finding new things to look at with it. It has really brought a new face to many of the everyday things I thought I knew.

Comments about Celestron Model #44206 Professional Stereoscopic Dissecting Zoom Microscope:

I had not used a dissecting scope since grad school more than 35 years ago. While my needs are not high, I aimed for quality. I am quite pleased.

I am an avid nature photographer and purchased the scope to use to use for plant identifications. I also wanted the ability to capture images that go beyond macro photography to document key features. I saw ads for microscopes with USB digital image capture systems incluced. They seemed to be lesser quality and were not from B&H. I decided to go with this scope from B&H and try to find a means of capturing images later. When I started searching, I bumped into a buyers guide type ad that listed a Celestron Digital Microscope Imager. The retailer listed was B&H. B&H could have saved me about a month of decision time by listing the Celestron Digital Microscope Imager as an accessory for the Microscope. The imager arrived today and works well with the microscope.
