I bought this to use with the Pocket Talker Pro. I should have known better, since my ear canal has a number of twists and turns, and the only in-ear phones that have ever worked satisfactorily for me are the ones with memory foam eartips. Since it's non-returnable I wasted my money. Oh well. When I hold it in my ear I can tell it works fine in the normal voice range.
