iSkin CERULEAN TX + RX - Bluetooth 2.0 Transmitter and Receiver Set for iPod
The CERULEAN TX + RX from iSkin provides you with the ability to listen to your iPod or computer wirelessly from up to 33' away by using Bluetooth 2.0 technology. The TX transmitter connects to your iPod's dock connector or to your computer's USB port and transmits audio to the RX receiver or to a pair of CERULEAN F1 earphones (sold separately).
The TX and the RX are designed to seek each other out and pair up automatically, so there are no settings for you to fiddle with. The RX receiver can dock with any speaker system designed for iPod to receive audio from the TX transmitter. This allows you to carry your iPod with you and use it as a "remote" for the audio that's coming out of your speaker setup. The RX receiver can also be connected to any sound system that has an auxiliary input. Both the TX and RX draw their power from the iPod and iPod speakers they're connected to, so no extra batteries for power plugs are needed.

- The TX and RX draw their power from the iPod/computer and iPod speaker system, so no batteries are required.

The product is elegant and easy to get working. The only thing that disappoints me is that the signal isn't strong enough to go through a closed door in my house.

Used with Nano. Furthest that I actually tested it was abou 24' but that was going to a different floor in the house. Sounds same quality as direct plug in of the nano into the speaker dock. Gave it as a gift to someone who never used the regular remote due to its limitations. We have only tested it, not used it for any length of time.

just simply connecting the transmitter to the ipod and the receiver to the ipod docking speakers...... with my experience i consider it, an easier way to play your favourite tracks on your music system,
Bluetooth sound streaming ..... is perfect! and it really helps save alot of time......
Well considering the fact that this device is great...... the only thing that can be improved is longer distance...
but i simply love this device...
