The COMP-COOL-3 Cabinet Cooler from Middle Atlantic is a special fan unit designed to remove heat from components on open shelving, thereby lowering the operating temperature of your equipment and extending its useful life. The fan sits directly on top of equipment, drawing internal heat from the component and expelling it. The low-profile fans can also be mounted beneath equipment and special rubber discs designed to raise equipment height are included for such installations. This is a special model that features (3) fans.
The fan on the unit is activated automatically when the temperature reaches 90° F and turns off automatically at 88° F. This unit is designed to operate with minimal noise output and has a sound rating of 24 dB.
