The Eartec TD 904 Pro Series is a portable, four-station wireless intercom system operating in the UHF frequency range. The full-duplex system consists of four TD900 radios (one master, three remotes) and four ProLine single-sided headsets equipped with adjustable, noise-cancelling, electret microphones. The system is powered by rechargeable NiCad batteries.
The TD 900 is truly portable and operates independently of any fixed remote base stations, supporting a virtually unlimited number of remote expansion units. There is a generous allocation of accessible, top-loaded controls and indicator lights, expressed on a very compact and lightweight frame. The TD 900 comes with an attached belt clip.
The ProLine headset is a popular "pro-audio" headset that is widely used in the television and video production industries. You can wear the ProLine in comfort for hours, thanks to the wide, cushioned headband and deluxe foam ear cushion. The flexible steel mic boom allows you to precisely position the electret condenser microphone.

Comments about Eartec TD 904 PRO - Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom:
The bad:
- the range is fairly short (a few hundred feet)
- as somebody else noted, the remotes can only talk to the master, not to each other.
- Antennas are easily damaged by elbows, when clipped to a belt, and are not replaceable without some internal work with a soldering iron.
- when talking, you don't hear yourself in the earpiece (like you do with a wired clearcom), which leaves you wondering if they're really working.
On the good side:
-They do work for short-range applications.
-Headsets are fairly comfortable (but not durable)
-Batteries seem to last longer than in the specifications.
-They're exponentially cheaper than clearcom wirelesses.

Comments about Eartec TD 904 PRO - Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom:
We use the system for engineer\operator communications. We have two sets... they aren't the best but allow us to not have to keyon or use VOX which hacks part of the communication.
Need something better now though, so these will go into backup status.

Comments about Eartec TD 904 PRO - Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom:
I use this intercom often. I talk with my camera op with no interference at all. The pack is much too bulky, but for the $ I'm satisfied.

Comments about Eartec TD 904 PRO - Full-Duplex Wireless Intercom:
Tried to use the product in a small TV studio.
Did not work at all.
Tried second set same problem.
All noise and interference.
The system also does not let one headset talk to the other. Only from master to each headset.
