My second for this cam, due to my error. Wish they made silicon covers for everything. Feels comfortable when handling, and safe the rest of the time.

great for protecting your digital camera. could use a few more cut-outs in the skin for access to the menu and display buttons but it was pretty easy to cut these out.

Comments about GGI Silicone Skin - for Canon PowerShot SD1000 Digital Elph Camera (Black):
Purchased this product for the promise of protection of newly purchased Canon SD1000. I was looking to protect the camera from damage from storing it in my pocket. Unfortunately the product comes up a bit short. It fits the camera well enough except around the battery/memory card door. The cover wants to slide around in this area. A particularly annoying issue is with the cover masking the controls on the back of the camera. It covers them so that they can't be seen and the tactile sensation of the buttons is non-existent.
In addition the screen cover is fairly cheap. It causes a bit of distortion of the view screen. Also pretty much impossible to keep air bubbles from being trapped under it during installation.
