Comments about Delvcam DELV-2LCD-7XLRM Dual 7" LCD Rackmount:
Ordered 3 of these units (6 paired monitors)...First... They are OK, but are just consumer monitors mounted onto a rack face.Problems:- They have been modified so the Tuner & Sound portion doesn't work so if you ever want to take them out - forget about using them as little TVs - this is not mentioned anywhere until you open the box.- The loop-through cable is GARBAGE. Most importantly, the signal looped through is very noisy and unuseable. Of the 6 Loop cables I got, 3 were shorting and I had to contact the manufacturer to replace as they are custom made. I ended up spending an additional $150 per pair to put BNC DA's on to get a proper loop through signal... I might as well have spent the money and got the proper broadcast ones.- Of the 6 monitors I recieved - one was defective and had to be returned.Bottom line... They are good if you just want a reference signal. They look very good, but the BNC loop through is useless. Be prepared to add DA's if you need to loop.
