I am a professional wedding photographer and use the 56517 Earpiece with Inline PTT Microphone by Motorola along with the Motorola CLS-1410 2-WAY RADIO to communicate with my second shooter and assistant. The earpiece works very well IF it fits your ear. If your ear is larger (I don't mean huge or anything like that) the earpiece is torturous to wear after a very short time. Most large men will find this earpiece too small and very uncomfortable.
