this is the perfect soft mic case for on the go. the divider protects the stands from scratching each other, along with the velcro straps. i was able to squeeze four short boom stands in it, two on each side. it has a clear label holder to indicate which stands in each bag, though i wish it came with labels. i bought four bags.

Most mic stand bags are made for 3 (or more) stands, so if you have only 1 or 2 stands to carry those bags are overkill. This bag holds two folding mic stands perfectly. There's a padded divider to protect the finish of the stands, and velcro straps to hold each stand in place securely.
My only complaint (and it's a small one) is that the web carrying strap also has to double as a carrying handle and, as such, it's not particularly comfortable when used that way.

Decent quality carrying bag for two mic stands. The fit is quite tight, though, to the point where the mic clips might have to be removed from the stands to fit them in the bag.
