The RF-Video TD-16 / RD-16 consists of two separate rack mountable components; a digital encoder and a digital decoder. Together, these allow broadcast FM facilities to send high quality audio and auxiliary channels over traditional narrow band STL, using the CBD TM digital codification system already in place for analog signals.
