International orders*Leatherman's Skeletool Multi-Tool Stainless, in a Gift Tin represents a quantum leap in the development of personal tools. This incredibly light (5 oz) tool is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast who likes to travel light. Then again, if you just carry a pocket knife, you miss the additional tools that a traditional multi-tool might offer. But, if you carry just a pocket tool, they tend to be heavier and contain more features than you generally need. The Skeletool is the perfect compromise between the two extremes.
With a platform that contains everything you'll ever need, the Skeletool easily clips on to a belt or backpack. It's so light and functional that you won't even need a sheath for it. The Combo Serrated and Straight knives will serve you well in a variety of environments.
Leatherman produces tools for both the amateur and professional that can be used with the same confidence you would expect from a company with over twenty years of experience. Their reputation for quality and durability is unquestioned in the world of personal tools.
Note! The regular Skeletool differs from the CX version. The CX version contains a higher-quality 154CM Stainless Steel Clip Point Knife ONLY. The regular Skeletool has a 420HC Combo Serrated/Straight knife

This was a gift for my bf for Christmas. He had seen it at a store for TWICE what I paid through B&H! He LOVES it...it has just enough of the utilities without being overbearing. He carries it with him everywhere to be able to use on a moment's notice. So far, haven't found anything bad about this item. :)

Great tool for my sons for their scouting trips. Pliers are handy for fishing as well as taking a hot cup off the fire. Comes in handy to repair gear. Hangs on pack for easy access. I bought three; 1 for each. The boys do not like the serrated blades to hard to sharpen

Comments about Leatherman Skeletool Multi-Tool (Stainless, in a Gift Tin):
I have carried a Leatherman Sideclip for 11 years and wouldn't leave home without it. I didn't need a new one, but I was intrigued by the Skeletool. I really wanted the ability to open the knife without opening the pliers and I wanted a tool that used removeable screwdriver bits. The Skeletool is easily carried in my jeans pocket just like the older Sideclip was.

Comments about Leatherman Skeletool Multi-Tool (Stainless, in a Gift Tin):
I purchased this to replace my EDC knife. Well, it's a little too bigger, thicker, and heavier than a EDC should be. It looks cool, but has some drawbacks. When you squeeze the pliers really hard, it hurts my palm. To change the driver bits is a pain. The reason I go for the skeletool instead of Gerber Crucial is that the Skeletool has plain edge blade, instead of the half serrated, which I don't quite like. But I read from other reviews that the Crucial holds more comfortable, and much cheaper. I only hope that Gerber could make plain edge blade version.
