These replaceable cables are available in various connector types and this cable features a standard 3-pin XLR connector for standard microphone preamp inputs on mixers, amplifiers, etc.

The cable works as advertised, and the belt clip is a nice addition. The only thing that could really improve this product would be an on/off switch embedded in the XLR plug.
