Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70 Digital Camera (Black):
Outstanding camera! You can learn to use it in about 5 minutes, and that is without the directions. The pictures are beautiful (Well, depending on what you shoot.) even in low lighting. I highly recommend this camera.

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70 Digital Camera (Black):
Haven't had a chance to fully explore its features yet, but a definite and most welcome upgrade from the last camera I bought, a Sony W-300. I bought it particularly for the touch screen feature, which I LOVE. I also like its slim, handy size, which makes it ideal for taking with me, anytime and anywhere, and its sleek, black colour. My husband (who is a tech buff) loves it more than I do!

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70 Digital Camera (Black):
... I have a T5 and 2 T70s that the batteries go dead if left for a week at a time, turned off, not in use... kind of frustrating to have to remove your battery when you're not using the camera. The only other point and shoot I own is an Elph and it never had that problem. Also have a Nikon D80 which can sit forever with no battery issues.
The reason I wouldn't recommend this is that you can get better cameras for the same price or cheaper. I'm thinking about the Elph SD870IS, more camera for the same price.

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70 Digital Camera (Black):
A camera is no good if you don't have it with you. Being so compact, I can easily keep this one in my pocket and take pictures whenever the need arises. Plus, there's no compromise with the ease of use or quality of the photos (very sharp!). I've already bought one for each of my 2 kids - but this one's mine! It has great battery life, and with the 8GB memory I purchased, it feels like shooting is unlimited. One caution: because of its location, you have to be mindful not to smear the lens with your finger. This one's a home run - highly recommended!

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T70 Digital Camera (Black):
I use this camera for my everyday documentation for home and travel. I love it because it fits into my jeans or purse pocket and performs beautifully. I tend to like the ease of being able to use it one-handed for moments when you don't want to be so obvious about taking a photograph. I owned an earlier version that allowed me to do all this and loved it too, but this one, has so many new functions and is very user friendly. The touch screen and macro setting are the two major bonuses. It is still sleek and no waiting for a zoom lens to position its self. I cant say enough about the ease of just sliding down the lens cover! And ofcourse the Zeiss lens. You can't beat this camera for an all around easy to carry, shoot, and operate digital camera. Thank you Sony for improving on an already beautifully designed point and shoot. Oh, and there is a bag that lets you take this camera underwater!
